I have a black car, which is extremely difficult to keep it clean. I used to wax it every week, after washing it. I used Meguiars liquid wax. The other day I took the car to a Maaco paint shop to get a quote to paint a spoiler. The tech there told me that waxing the car once a week was putting too much chemicals on the paint.
