Best products to clean your car with?

I just purchased a car that is worth keeping clean. How much should I charge to detail a car?

How much should I expect to be paid per car to wash, one stage of buffing, wax, vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean windows, etc. if all of the supplies (soap, wax, compound) are given to me by the people I am detailing the car for?
