My car doesn't have a clear coat, and I'm unsure how to clean/maintain/detail it because I've always worked on cars with a clear coat. Will a clay bar rub/scratch the paint off? Product to remove stubborn minerals from car paint (sprinkler water evaporated)?
I had to leave my 2000 BMW outside and the sprinklers got the hood and side all wet. When the water evaporated it left really stubborn minerals (i think) behind. I've washed several times and went over the area about 8 times with Meguiars clay bar and achieved nothing.
